Cassandra is passionate about diversity and changing people’s lives through alternative education and career pathways. For 15+ years, Cassandra has held operational and senior leadership roles across the Vocational, Education and Training Sector (VET) in both private and public organisations with a focus on apprenticeship operations and supports. Cassandra has a detailed understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) system and the aligned state and federal policies. Volunteering for the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), Cassandra has a specific passion for encouraging diversity cohorts into trade careers with a specific focus on women in male-dominated industries.
